• Circuit hike at PRAINHA NATURE PARK
• Approx. 1,5h hike in the tropical rainforest
• Swim and have fun on a protected beach
• 3h (approx.) at GRUMARI secluded beach
• Drive along Rio's West coastline seeing 5 other beaches (São Conrado, Barra, Reserva, Recreio, Macumba)

Rio is known for its beautiful and amazing beaches and on this tour you get to the best of it. You’ll visit the most beautiful and untouched beaches of Rio: Prainha and Grumari, considered by many, wild beaches.

We’ll drive along the coastline heading the West side of Rio, passing by beaches that you probably didn’t hear about (São Conrado, Barra, Reserva, Recreio and Macumba). Our first stop is at Prainha, a secluded and beautiful small beach. Prainha is the best surfspot in Rio and also a protected area with the beach surrounded by green mountains where we’ll do a 1,5h hike in the tropical rainforest reaching an incredible view at Caeté Belvedere, 190m above sea level  (624 ft ).

After the hike, a 5 min. drive takes us to Grumari Beach, another secluded, untouched and protected beach. At Grumari, you’ll have plenty of time (approx. 3h) to enjoy all the lush of a beach inside a protected tropical rainforest, with green all around, clear waters and fine white sands. Swim, get a tan, enjoy and experience one of Rio’s best wild beaches.

(Prainha and Grumari are both nature parks, protected land and there are no residential buildings around, only nature.)
