ITINERARY

Begin the 12-hour tour with a drive from Rio de Janeiro to the region of the Costa do Sol (Sun Coast). When you arrive in Arraial do Cabo, head to the boat (schooner) and admire all the beauty of the region known as the “Brazilian Caribbean”. Sit back and enjoy the views of paradise.

Disembark and enjoy a 40-minute stop to dive in the crystal-clear waters of Ilha do Farol and Prainhas do Pontal.

Make a stop for photos in the beautiful landscapes of the Gruta Azul, Fenda de Nossa Senhora and Pedra do Gorila. 

Your last 20-minute stop is at one of the city's most famous spots, enjoy the refreshing waters and incredible scenery of Praia do Forno.

Then, have typical lunch at a local buffet restaurant and return to Rio de Janeiro.

PICKUP & DROP OFF

• Departures in the morning from Monday to Saturday and return at night – there is no tours on Sundays.
• Pickup and drop-off from hotels in Rio de Janeiro’s South Zone (Copacabana, Leme, Ipanema, Leblon) and West Zone (Barra da Tijuca) - if pickup is not available at your location you will be directed to the nearest available pick-up point.
• Estimated times: between 05:10 and 6:30 am (pickup) and 7:00pm (drop-off) – subject to changes according to traffic conditions.
• The departure time at the hotel starts earlier than the tour time. Please contact us if you do not receive confirmation of the departure time.
  
• Please contact the company responsible for the tour to confirm the pickup time.
• A bilingual guide accompanies the group during ground transportation. There will be no bilingual guide on the boat

EXCLUSIONS

• Boarding fee for the Fishermen's Association of Arraial do Cabo, to be paid at the Fishermen's Marina - R$ 10,00 in cash only, for all passengers from 6 years. Children under 5 years old must present document proving their age in order not to pay the fee.
  
• Drinks (available for purchase on the boat and during lunch)
• Diving mask/snorkel (available for rental on the boat)

• Ages considered for: Adult – 11 years and up; Child – 5-10 years; Infant 0-4 years (not occupying).
  
• Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
  
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Children 4 and younger are complimentary, provided they do not occupy a seat.
• Roundtrip transportation from Rio de Janeiro’s South Zone (Copacabana, Leme, Ipanema, Leblon) and West Zone (Barra da Tijuca) by air-conditioned vehicle.
• Please inform the name of your hotel to confirm the nearest pick-up point.
• This tour operates rain or shine.
• The tour is subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative tour date.
• For your safety, the boat (schooner) ride in Arraial do Cabo, as well as all nautical routes, are subject to change according to maritime conditions and intervention by the Brazilian Navy.
• In case of a strong wind, the boat trip will not occur and will be replaced by a walk along the shore.
• It is recommended that you bring water, sunscreen, a towel and a camera.

• At least 12 hours in advance, full refund.
  
• No refunds for cancellations on the day of the tour.
